Besides Traffic Geyser, there is a free service called Tube Mogul. It works in much the same way. Additionally there is a software package I found called Tube Mastery (http://www.websitemarketingskills.com/recommends/TubeMastery) which works really well in terms of how to market on YouTube. The same basic information is true on the other sites, as well. Use your profile page to link to your site and use calls to action to get people to respond. I would just buy that program and familiarize yourself with it.

Crazy as it sounds, just delete everything and start over with a new campaign. It is extremely difficult for a new advertiser to compete on these hyper-competitive "money" keywords. It's like opening up a new bank in a small town and then trying to get a Super Bowl TV ad slot.
Instead, I'd focus on "branded" keywords at first, which contain your product's name. I would start with:
"maverick money maker"
[maverick money maker]
"maverick money makers"
[maverick money makers]
[maverick money]
"maverick money"
[maverick money making]
"maverick money making"
General Tip: avoid 'free' in your keyword list. In fact add it to your negative keyword list along with these:

-lawyer
-sue
-lawsuit
-sued
Once you launch the new campaign, immediately pause any keywords that have low quality score or search volume. Work on your ad copy. Finding extremely effective ad copy is critical before you jump into hyper-competitive keywords like 'earn money online'.
Once you get all the above working effectively, expand your keyword list gradually in groups of 5 to 10 very similar keywords per ad group. Leave your branded terms in their own ad group away from everything else,
If you want to re-purpose your original keywords list (and you have the advertising budget to test the waters), try a separate campaign on the Google Content Network only. Content keywords are not affected by quality score, and you'll get a ton of reach across the web. But since these will be lower quality clicks, bid very low and set your daily budget caps conservatively at first. Content campaigns can run away with your entire advertising budget very quickly, and may not bring many conversions until you're using proven ad copy.
